What this website does not do
- No advertising or audience-measurement tracker is placed. Measured on 18 September 2026: no cookie is set on a simple visit, and no third-party script is loaded.
- No data is sold, rented or transferred for commercial purposes.
- No subscription request is processed through this website.
Recipients
The Fund and its General Partner; the Administrative Agent, Registrar and Transfer Agent (DINAMIK S.A.); the AIFM (Waystone Management Company (Lux) S.A.); the Investment Advisor (UNIK Capital Solutions S.à r.l.); the website hosting provider, acting as processor. Data may be disclosed to the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier or to any other competent authority upon justified request.
Retention
Access and download records are kept for the period required by the regulations applicable to the Fund. Messages are kept for the time needed to handle your request.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability under the conditions set out in the GDPR. These rights may be exercised with info@unikcapital.lu; proof of identity may be requested. Certain data kept under a regulatory obligation cannot be erased before that obligation expires.
You may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg — cnpd.public.lu.
